Thorough inspection of interior & exterior of the property.
Check all water connections for leaks.
Periodic sweep to remove debris and webs from home exterior
Communicate with homeowners on a weekly basis (by text or email) relative to activities performed
Check air conditioner for proper settings.
Coordinate any warranty issues and/or repairs with contractors or service providers.
Check mailbox and store mail in designated area of house
Inspect, clean, or change any filter (air conditioning, water, etc).
Pets in a pinch service

What are the cost and service options?
The fee for the service is per plan, per month with weekly walkthroughs:

$60 per month (for monthly service)
-
$20 per week (for weekly service)

Custom services available
An "incident" fee of $15 may also be charged if required to coordinate deliveries, repairs, etc. if such cannot be accommodated during the weekly walkthrough schedule.
Any additional expenses incurred on behalf of the owner will be billed to the customer accordingly
